The PHRFection race to Michigan City starts at SA7 at 10:00 am Saturday August 11.
There will be three starts,
– Jam ( 5 expected) warning at 10:00am, start at 10:05am, “9” flag.
– Spinnaker (10 expected) warning at 10:05am, start at 10:10am, “Q” flag. All Spinnaker boats will start together.
– Multihull (0 expected) warning at 10:10am, start at 10:20am, “T” flag
Radio communication will be on channel 78.

The MORF Lady Skipper’s series has been opened to all MORF boats. These will be scored as casual races for the non Lady Skipper boats who join. The non Lady Skipper boats are added to the starting sequence as follows. All JAM boats will start first, followed by the Lady Skipper spin boats flying a Q flag, followed by all other spin boats flying their usual section flags.

Other than the different starting sequence this will be
a normal MORF race with the usual GSI’s and SSI’s.
After a problem last season, the board intended to change the buoy race timeout from 3 to 4 hours but, in what was largely an oversight, didn’t get the change into the racebook. MORF GSI 14 is modified to read:
